- 2 cups wheat flour
- ~¾ cup warm water
- Oil or ghee

Step-by-Step
- Knead a soft dough
- Add water gradually while mixing.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and soft.
- Add 3tsp of cooking oil
- Dough should feel soft but not sticky.
Rest the dough
Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes.
