Classic Pan-Seared Beef Steak Recipe

Delicious Korean BBQ beef dish with vegetables and sesame sprinkled on a hot plate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Steak:

  • Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
